可変バルブマフラー　エキゾーストシステム

製作させて頂きました。

アメリカンマッスル V8エンジンサウンドのドロドロ感を重視したサウンドがご希望でしたので、特にアメ車大排気量エンジンらしい重低音サウンドのノウハウも勿論御座いますので、しっかりと作り込みを致しました。

バルブクローズ時：純正マフラー同等の消音性能

Dodge Challenger R / T SHAKER order made Variable Valve Muffler Exhaust System are completed.

Variable valve muffler Exhaust system

Requirement were to create emphasized typical deep and heavy a sound of the American muscle V8 engine sound. We are able to create such order with our know-how and technology for sure. So we produced and build firmly.

When the valve is closed: Muffler performs as regular muffler.

一切ごまかしの効かないマフラーの溶接、仕上がりを撮影させて頂きました。奥の奥は通常、溶接が困難でありガスでシールド不可ですが、奥の奥まで完璧にシールド。障害物の無い溶接はある程度の溶接技術でカバー出来ますが、この奥の奥への完璧なガスシールドとビードの揃えは通常の障害物無しの溶接とは難易度のレベルが違います。
